67 Miles Per Gallon using our HHO Generator Kit!
Yes! You read that correct. I’m not talking about 67% increase here, I am talking 67 MPG using our 772 HHO generator and a mileage chip!
What was it in you ask? A Honda? A Toyota? Hyundai, Subaru, or Mitsubishi?
NOT even close! How about a 1997 Oldsmobile Delta 88? Unbelievable? That’s what I thought too. Here are the very specific details from our friends Paul and Sandy over at Energy Evolutions in Florida.

The project car with HHo generator and mileage chip
First, let me say this was NOT smooth sailing from the beginning. In fact the first mileage reports were disappointing, almost non-existent…so we went through a series of checklists: Power connections good? Fuse OK? HHO Generator making gas? Reservoir and electrolyte properly filled and mixed?
Everything should have been fine, but for some reason the mileage was not there….
We finally narrowed it down to a faulty mileage chip. Even though it was new, for some reason it wasn’t calibrating properly. So I had Paul mail it back to us, and we flashed a brand new chip for him- double checking all the parameters and running diagnostic checks on it just to make sure. I also included a Digital Quad Efie just in case the mileage chip did not function properly this time. It was the second set as the first one disappeared in UPS transit somehow…
Well- that appeared to fix the problem! I will let Paul’s email to me today tell the rest of the story…
Bob:
Well, Sandy and I had an exciting day. We got our chip installed and calibrated. Then we did our standard 140 mile (Exactly) test trip as we always do. Here’s a break down of the “Standard Test Trip”:
- Fill car up at the Mobil station at the corner of Flamingo and Griffin Road (Two clicks on the top off).
- Drive down Griffin to I-75 N
- Drive 65 MPH on Cruise Control down I-75 N to the Florida Route 27 N
- Drive 65 MPH on Cruise Control down FL 27 N (except where otherwise posted)
- Pull into McDonalds in Clewiston and park in same rear parking space
- Turn engine off, and go in and order cheap lunch
- Return to Cooper City, FL via same route, backwards, using same speed and driving techniques.
- Stop at same Mobil Station, and same pump to fill up using same technique
- This total trip is Exactly 140 Miles.
So, here’s the breakdown:
- Nothing hooked up, stock from factory - 30 MPG ( I was impressed with this and never thought we could do better)
- With the HHO System installed in “Best Manner” - 38 MPG (Not bad - But, needed to do better)
- With Milage Chip installed & Calibrated - (SIT DOWN NOW) - 67 MPG
Can you imagine a thirteen year old 4,000 pound piece of American Luxury steel (1997 Olds 88) going down the road at 67 MPG. Well, Sandy and I are still not believing our eyes. So, later this week we’ll make another “Standard Test Run”, just to be sure.
Enjoy,
Paul Hendee

Car Dealers Going Broke AFter Cash For Clunkers…
Here is an interesting article on the Cash for Clunkers program.
I guess the government is fast to institute, but SLOW to pay for its programs which makes me worry even more about the new Health Care initiative. If they can’t handle a simple car trade in program, how in the world will they be able to manage the most complex issue of our day?
Some dealers have sold over 100 cars, but only received money for ONE. Others are owed over $500,000 in clunker cash, and still nothing.
What if that were you?
I feel sorry for these guys who already were hurting from a tough economy, and now are being asked to sustain cash flow because the government is slow to follow up on its promises. What if you owed the IRS $500,000? You think they would take there time collecting?
I want to know where they are going to dump the 400,000+ cars traded in during this little fake bump in economics. According to the program they ALL MUST BE DESTROYED. That should be great for the economy and the environment - eh?
I still contend that HHO generators and the On Demand Hydrogen Generation method is the BEST way to help the economy and the environment for the money…

Breakthrough Ethanol Production
An interesting article on new methods of Ethanol production by a new company using a one-step process for converting cellulose into ethanol producing high concentrations of the fuel.
This week Qteros, a startup in Marlborough, MA, announced a major milestone. The company, which was founded after its founder discovered an organism that devours woody biomass and other cellulosic materials and excretes ethanol, has shown that the bacteria it uses can produce high concentrations of ethanol. The company says this makes its process for converting cellulosic plant materials into ethanol “more economical than any other process to date.”
Increasing the concentration of ethanol lowers the cost of ethanol production in many ways. As the bacteria break down plant matter, they produce a beer-like broth containing ethanol and water. The lower the concentration of ethanol in the water, the more expensive it becomes to distill pure ethanol (more water is needed for the process, and the processing plant needs to be bigger and more expensive).Read More here…

PWM (Pulse Width Modulator) - Current is Key to HHO Gas
One of the main and most important components to a good HHO gas conversion system is the PWM (Pulse Width Modulator). This little electronic circuit board resides in the EC electronic control box and monitors the electrical pulses flowing throughout the HHO system and regulates the flow so that the best possible hydrogen gas is produced by the on demand hydrogen generator.
Without a PWM, you are running a straight Brute Force HHO kit, which is what the original kits were. Brute force works fine, but doesn’t have the precise control of a unit managed by a pulse width modulator.
This is a picture of our heaviest duty 50 amp PWM board with 2 controls- one for current and one for frequency.
Brute force HHO kits manage current strictly by the amount of electrolyte in the water, while PWM controlled HHO kits manage current by adjusting the controls on the PWM circuit board.
This is one of the most important gadgets in your HHO system. It keeps the gas water ratio correct to make your engine run smoothly and efficiently by pulsing the current rapidly on and off. This prevents overheating of the HHO generator and keeps things at a manageable temperature.
The PWM (Pulse Width Modulator) is an important part of the brains of your HHO kit. The whole reason to convert to hydrogen as a fuel enhancer is to get the optimum performance out of you 1.4L to 5.7L gas engine.
Making sure that the process is humming along correctly and making adjustments as needed is the job of the PMW. Working together with the other components your HHO system strives to inject just the right mixture into your induction system to combust effectively.
The size of your PWM makes a difference as a higher amperage PWM allows you to run higher current through the system thus producing more HHO gas production.
The PWM (Pulse Width Modulator) play an integral part in producing the kind of gas mileage and power increase you are looking for. It is the reason you can expect a 15-40% increase in fuel mileage while exacting a 15-20% increase in engine power. That’s a big deal and can save you a lot of money over time.
HHO gas conversion systems have become wildly popular as the only real effective way to increase mileage outside of buying a new vehicle. Something which most are loathe to do in this bad economy. And, with increasing gas prices, going with an HHO fuel enhancer can really make a difference in your savings.
When you do buy your HHO conversion system you should pay attention to which system and which PWM (Pulse Width Modulator) is right for your application. The conversion kits themselves are easy to put together and cheap too. You can be up and running with hydrogen gas in a day and start enjoying the benefits right away.
Hydrogen generator kits with PWM controls are more expensive, but produce an efficient source of HHO gas for your engine, making it an ideal hybrid fuel (hence the term “water hybrid”).
Going with a hybrid fuel source like hydrogen makes all the sense in the world. And, speaking of the world- hydrogen is extremely easy on the ecosystem since it burns clean and lessens gas emissions in a big way.
OIL Prices Creeping Up- Supply Fears Again!
Just wanted to alert everyone of this article this morning in the business news about the volatile Oil Market and how all the same indicators are in place as they were last year right before we got raped by the oil companies.
Here are a few excerpts from the article:
Government officials around the world have become concerned about a possible replay of last year’s surge. Energy officials from the European Union and OPEC, meeting in Vienna last month, said that “the speculation issue had not been resolved yet and that the 2008 bubble could be repeated” without more oversight.
Many factors that pushed oil prices up last year have returned. Supply fears are creeping back into the market, with a new round of violence in Nigeria’s oil-rich Niger Delta crimping production. And there are increasing fears that the political instability in Iran could spill over onto the oil market, potentially hampering the country’s exports.

My advice is to NOT trust the industry! You see what they do year after year, like clockwork, and right now, they could care less whether your budget can afford ANOTHER increase or not.
We know the fatcats in congress don’t have to pay there own gas bills, and they LOVE taking money from the PACS (political action committees which I think is an abbreviation for BRIBES)
This was the main motivation to make a quality hho generator system available to as many people as were in tuned enough to understand how much power they take back when they install an HHO kit into their car.
I mean, if a car you normally got 300 miles to a tank of gas, were suddenly able to get 450 miles per tank or more, what would that do to your overall budget?
SO prepare NOW before they bend you back over again, cause it’s coming people. If you can’t afford a full HHO kit, then PLEASE, learn now how to build your own HHO Generator - it’s not as difficult as it may seem!
Whichever way you go, I hope you begin to look into right away- be ahead of the greedy oil curve….
No one will take care of you like you will, don’t expect a broken and corrupt government to come to your aid - start taking back control….
Till next time,
