1995 Freightliner Big Rig Goes From 6 MPG to 8.75 MPG using our HHO Generator!
I was recovering from a little mini trip with some of my family to Yosemite today (got sick from bad Pork at a restaurant in Mariposa, I think). I finally was able to get up enough energy to start going through the 300 emails from being gone a few days.
Buried in the middle of them all was this phenomenal result from another one of our customers, Jay Rezexxxs. We had talked back and forth for awhile almost a month ago – he was interested in getting one of our dual units for his 1995 Freightliner Big Rig. We were still testing our newest unit for truckers, I mentioned he might want to wait for that if interested…

A picture of a 1995 Freightliner
Jay opted to start with just a 773 HHO generator kit instead. This was his best option right now due to a restricted budget and the need to start saving money on diesel costs (on the rise again). I told him I wasn’t sure what he would get with that small of an HHO Generator on big 330 horsepower Cummins M-11, but it was at least a start…
Was I in for a surprise! I will let Jay’s email tell you the story…(excerpt from longer email)
“Hi Bob,
Jay Rezexxxs here. I wanted to give you a little feedback on the 773 I installed in my big rig. This is preliminary because I have only had it in and running in my truck for 3 days now. Figures may change some in the coming weeks depending on how heavy or light the loads I carry will be and the terrain (mountains vs. flat ground). My truck is a 1995 Freightliner. The engine is a Cummins M-11. It\’s a small engine in the world of big rigs with about 330 horespower. As a truck driver I am always checking my fuel mileage on a daily basis. I do this by using a measuring stick. I dip the stick into the fuel tank and I measure how many inches of fuel are on the stick. I know that for every inch of fuel there is 5.83 gallons of fuel. Before installing the 773 I was averaging 6 miles per gallon. The first day I had the 773 running I was averaging 8.5 mpg! The second day I averaged 9 mpg!! and yesterday, the third day I averaged 8.75 mpg!! How awsome is that! I can\’t wait to get another 773 and have the dual set up! I also got a few of the other drivers interested after the first day…”
I was floored! Why a 773 kit could help out such a big diesel rig get a mileage increase of almost 50%! I flat out told Jay I really did NOT expect that result at all, but of course I am extremely excited to see it.
This has me energized and wanting to see more truckers try out our units to get back to us with on their results too! It also motivates me to speed up our research and testing of our final design parameters with the new HHO Generator engineered for truckers specifically…
Stay tuned! Great things as we continue to move forward…

My Popular Mechanics HHO Generator Challenge?
Back in January, I posted an article about the poorly researched and written “expose’ ” in Popular Mechanics online, authored by an embarrassed Mike Allen – who was/is the “expert” auto editor.
Here is that article in case yo didn’t see it: http://hhokitsdirect.com/articles/hybrid/my-popular-mechanics-online-hho-challenge.html
His poorly researched slam of the HHO industry caused me to write him and challenge him to a dual of sorts- one where i take all the risk- provide the HHO generator, the installation, even fly out at my own expense. If it worked- his only requirement would be to write a follow up article about HHO, correcting his false accusations. If it didn’t work, well, then i would apologize and he gets the credit for the article, and no one loses but me.
Well, here we are in April, I thought I would take a quick jaunt over and maybe stir up a few feathers…guess what I found?
NOTHING. They have now removed ALL comments to this shard of an article, leaving the article intact, but NO COMMENTS. Not only that, they have now made it mandatory to receive a password/user name before posting any comments…hmmmmm something stinks here.
Here’s the link now: http://www.popularmechanics.com/cars/alternative-fuel/gas-mileage/4276846
Is the fact they have no comments (after deleting over 300 comments I believe) just because they don’t approve any on this article?
I will have to try and sign up and see if they block me from posting a new challenge…

HHO Generator Brings “Massive Improvement” to Old Diesel Emissions
I got this email today from a customer in Brisbane Australia who is just starting to test the whole HHO Generator experience. He decided to try it in his old Diesel Powered Farm Tractor with remarkable results in cleaning up the smog-choking black smoke….
Here are a few excerpts…
“I’m currently a member, having bought the ebook, built and installed my first brute force system into an old, sick and unloved ’83 3litre Nissan Patrol Diesel.
It used to produce enough black smoke to rival Icelandic volcanoes, but now after 2.5 tanks of diesel it has improved remarkably, running cleaner and slightly cooler. For an old farm truck its a massive improvement.
Next on the list is my English toy, a ’67 Rover P5 3litre petrol and then the farm tractor. Older technology I can deal with, but my real question relates to our new cars. ’07 Nissan X-Trail 2.5 petrol and ’05 Hyundai 2.9 CRDi diesel 4WD. Both have ECU units managing the fuel systems. I need to buy two HHO-772 units for them, as the home-built units JUST WONT FIT!
Also I’m quite keen to be able to try to create a secondry income from this through affilation and/or sales, after I have my own units installed and can prove/show that it works. Are dealers able to buy units at a better price than normal”
Look forward to hearing from you soon.
Regards, John Z., Brisbane, Australia.
Thanks John! I love how HHO gas cleans up the dirty spewing emissions from cars and trucks! If this is all it did- it would be worth putting an HHO generator on every vehicle…thankfully, they also increase fuel mileage!
Yes- our products also work with new cars using either the efie or mileage chip…

Mileage Converter- convert miles per gallon to Kilometer per meter
It’s difficult for many of us (including me) to convert our US standard formula of Miles Per Gallon for our cars into Kilometers Per Liter (the more commonly used measurement around the world).
If you were to tell me your mileage result with our Hybrid Cell HHO Generator was 67 MPG (like our recent customer testimonial in Florida!) I would drop my mouth to the floor in amazement (which I did!).
But if you were to tell me you got 28.8 Kilometers per liter, or 80.47 Miles per gallon (UK gallons) my eyes would glaze over because i wasn’t raised around those measurements.
I’m thinking our friends overseas might have the same issue when I mention everything in miles per gallon US.
So I found this easy to use Mileage Converter to convert what I tell you to Kilometers per Liter or UK Miles per gallon. Click HERE to see it.

67 Miles Per Gallon using our HHO Generator Kit!
Yes! You read that correct. I’m not talking about 67% increase here, I am talking 67 MPG using our 772 HHO generator and a mileage chip!
What was it in you ask? A Honda? A Toyota? Hyundai, Subaru, or Mitsubishi?
NOT even close! How about a 1997 Oldsmobile Delta 88? Unbelievable? That’s what I thought too. Here are the very specific details from our friends Paul and Sandy over at Energy Evolutions in Florida.

The project car with HHo generator and mileage chip
First, let me say this was NOT smooth sailing from the beginning. In fact the first mileage reports were disappointing, almost non-existent…so we went through a series of checklists: Power connections good? Fuse OK? HHO Generator making gas? Reservoir and electrolyte properly filled and mixed?
Everything should have been fine, but for some reason the mileage was not there….
We finally narrowed it down to a faulty mileage chip. Even though it was new, for some reason it wasn’t calibrating properly. So I had Paul mail it back to us, and we flashed a brand new chip for him- double checking all the parameters and running diagnostic checks on it just to make sure. I also included a Digital Quad Efie just in case the mileage chip did not function properly this time. It was the second set as the first one disappeared in UPS transit somehow…
Well- that appeared to fix the problem! I will let Paul’s email to me today tell the rest of the story…
Bob:
Well, Sandy and I had an exciting day. We got our chip installed and calibrated. Then we did our standard 140 mile (Exactly) test trip as we always do. Here’s a break down of the “Standard Test Trip”:
- Fill car up at the Mobil station at the corner of Flamingo and Griffin Road (Two clicks on the top off).
- Drive down Griffin to I-75 N
- Drive 65 MPH on Cruise Control down I-75 N to the Florida Route 27 N
- Drive 65 MPH on Cruise Control down FL 27 N (except where otherwise posted)
- Pull into McDonalds in Clewiston and park in same rear parking space
- Turn engine off, and go in and order cheap lunch
- Return to Cooper City, FL via same route, backwards, using same speed and driving techniques.
- Stop at same Mobil Station, and same pump to fill up using same technique
- This total trip is Exactly 140 Miles.
So, here’s the breakdown:
- Nothing hooked up, stock from factory – 30 MPG ( I was impressed with this and never thought we could do better)
- With the HHO System installed in “Best Manner” – 38 MPG (Not bad – But, needed to do better)
- With Milage Chip installed & Calibrated – (SIT DOWN NOW) – 67 MPG
Can you imagine a thirteen year old 4,000 pound piece of American Luxury steel (1997 Olds 88) going down the road at 67 MPG. Well, Sandy and I are still not believing our eyes. So, later this week we’ll make another “Standard Test Run”, just to be sure.
Enjoy,
Paul Hendee

Almost double the mileage with our HHO Generator!
Wow! Something must have been in the air yesterday… two encouraging emails from our customers in one day = great day!

HHO Generator installed in front of 2002 Nissan Xterra
This is an excerpt from Gabriel in Africa. It is his first install and was a bit challenging the first time, taking him a bit longer than expected (the first is always the hardest – they get easier as you understand the process). You can see his post back in January here: Great HHO Generator Mileage Increase Testimony
Gabriel has been corresponding back and forth, having trouble with the efie and mileage losses, not gains (sometimes this happens- the car computers are different everywhere and we have to take time to figure it out…) It is always frustrating when we get a stubborn car, but this is more proof that if you stick with it- you can get the victory…
(I think he is referring to 120 mph in kph…but from the looks of it he has almost doubled his mileage going from 70 to 132 miles…)
Here is an excerpt from that email…
Hello Bob,
Top of the morning to you. Since our last correspondences, i have made a lot of changes to my HHO system. I am still testing and so cannot give you a final result now. However, over this last weekend, I had filled my tank on Saturday and traveled a distance of 132miles on high speed. My average speed was 120mph. On arriving back home, my fuel gauge was at “half-tank” and my mileage was 132. I was so pleased. during the whole journey, there wasn’t any form of degradation in speed (performance) and fuel economy. Prior to the installation of the HHO system, I at best, made 70miles (and so bad a performance) on a half-tank.
What changes did I make?
* I changed the electrolyte of the HHO generator and made it new.
* I increased the current passing through the system from 12A to 22A (by adding more NAOH)
*I changed my air-filter (the former was torn and I didn’t even know it)
I however think that the major change that i made was the production of more HHO into the system. At 22amps, I was generating so much gas (I dont have an accurate reading yet) that condensation forms very rapidly at the tail pipe when I do a cold start in the morning.
Thanks Gabriel! I have recommended this to several people who have tested and are having problems- clean out the the system. Sometimes it helps to soak the generator with CLR (Calcium Lime Rust) cleaner. then flush and refill with clean water and fresh electrolyte.
So for those of you having a few challenges with your installation, be encouraged. It’s worth it when you start seeing gas savings like this….

67% Increase in Mileage on New YUKON, using our HHO Generator!

2009 Yukon with HHO Generator
I just got this great email in yesterday from one of our customers that had bought our 772, and came back to get the mileage chip for his 2009 GMC Yukon.
That’s a BIG vehicle – wasn’t sure how the 772 would fare…
Hugh used to live here in the Bay Area and comes back regularly from Texas where he resides now. He was in town a couple weeks ago and called me- wanted to stop by and pick up a mileage chip before heading back home. We talked for an hour at the shop – really nice guy.
This is an excerpt from the email he sent me…
Hi Robert, It was a pleasure meeting with you a couple of weeks ago. I have now arrived in Texas and was pleased with my gas improvement. I had a 67% improvement with my 772 Generator in my Yukon….
…I would like to talk with you further about the possible Distributorship in the Dallas/Fort Worth area. I also have received some inquiries about prices for the units.
Whenever you have the time, give me a call or send me a email back and we can discuss it further. I can come back to the Bay Area at anytime also.
Thanks, Hugh Carter
67% increase on a Yukon- that is what I like to see!
Keep sending me the good reports people! I want our customers to see what is possible with a good installation, a great HHO Generator, and some time…

More HHO Generator Breakthroughs Coming Soon!
Wow! March is roaring by and so much is happening it’s making my head spin! I haven’t even had time to post lately, so much is developing…
Lots of new stuff coming: upcoming events; possible Midwest road trip in the works; upgraded line of generators, new building negotiations to expand our facilities and hire more people; negotiations for some major contracts; secret contacts of some old timers that I am in talks with that blow me away…etc.
Whew! Keep your eyes open my friends, and keep checking back here regularly (I have to figure out how people can subscribe to this thing) because it is going to be an incredible year for us here at Transitional Technologies, LLC . And YOU are going to benefit from all the innovation coming.
We will be launching a second line of generators soon (a bit more expensive because of the extra tooling/machining/materials involved), but they will be setting an even HIGHER bar for the HHO industry. Look out people- lots of fun stuff on the way that will blow you away…can’t say anymore than that yet.

Car Emissions Drop Like A Rock Using our HHO Generator!
I just had Roger send me an email last night with his newest independent HHO gas verification. Seems he wanted to make sure that all the tremendous mileage gains he has been getting (using our 772 HHo Generator and the new HHO high mileage chip) has not affected his emissions in a negative way.
So he took it down to the AirCare Vehicle inspection station to run a voluntary test.
He graciously scanned it and sent it on to me. The results are no less than spectacular!
The test was called the IM240 which is a test done on a dyno simulating stop and start driving, up/down hills, hard accelerating and idling. Test lasted about 5 minutes and recorded 6kms on the speedo
The emissions report verifies once again how viable HHO technology is and how a good HHO Kit can really impact our environment in a positive way.
Take a minute and check it out…click on the emissions report to see a larger image and check out the 3 numbers that will blow you away!
It just keeps getting better! OK everybody- lets keep the momentum going! If you have more verifications, especially emissions reports like these, send me copies so I can post them to my blog. The more reports we get, the more it verifies and validates that what we are doing is not only amazing for mileage, but incredible for the environment.

CAT85D Tractor Gets 65% Increase with our HHO Generator!
Another really fantastic post comes from our recent customer George White from Australia!
George wrote to tell me of his amazing experience using our 773 generator installed on his huge tractor. Now, I’m not that familiar with these babies, so i googled one to post so you could see the size beast he bought our 773 for.

similar to the one using our 773 HHO Generator to get an incredible run time increase!
He calls it an 85DCAT which he used on his 600 acres for over 30 hours of test time…so this was not a quick run to the gas station and back- this was hard working machinery used to make a living on some kind of farm land.
Now, I really didn’t design it for this big of a machine, but I did build it to withstand the daily rigors of hard work, and because our plates are completely enclosed in the new Hybrid Cell, there is no chance of them shorting out in rugged situations like this where anything could be jammed up against it (unlike the dry cells with exposed plate edges that could easily be shorted). I will let him tell you in his own words…
Bob Last year I built my own HHO Generator from your plans and it took my 18 year old Nissan patrol from 17 mpg to 23 mpg so when I seen your new Mega Brick Icouldnt wait to install one on my tractor so I ordered your 774 Mega Brick and installed it in my Cat 85D tractor ( 370 HP )and on first test ( 30 hours over 600 acres )I have taken my fuel from Last year average of 44 Liters per hour to 26.6 liters per hour (I am in Australia so there is 3.8 Liters in a US gallon ) So I have half paid for it already, Amazing.
Can”t wait to get back in the tractor.
Please keep up your wonderful work.
Regards
George
Thanks George! We will… By the way, just a small correction, we do not have a 774, he was talking about our Monster Mega-Brick 773 HHO Generator. .
Now if you do the math- that little 773 has given him a 65% increase per hour on a 370 HP vehicle – that is incredible! You are talking hard dollars in the pocket of a hard working Australian here- and THAT is what it is all about people!…
Keep up the good work George!
The rest of you- let’s get those babies put in and start getting some results…
I love my job!
Bob
