I just received this link to the Bryan Times today from a friend of ours.

Carol of Airmate sent it to me today to show the recent article they did on our donated generator.

We wanted to give something back to the town, so we offered our best kit as a donation, with 100% of the proceeds going to the needy group of their choice. The stipulation was that it had to stay within the town of Bryan.

I did not expect this; good ole Saint Nick ready to install one of our hho generators…hahahaha!

Love it!

Made my day, thought you might enjoy it too…

This is our mid sized hho generator for cars and trucks

I have more testimonies I need to upload here (my apologies to those who have sent me your results and I have not posted them yet), but I had to take the time to post this one that just came in this morning from our long time customer/dealer/installer in Florida – Paul Hendee of Energy Evolutions.

Normally I don’t post full names to protect our customers, but Paul is a great guy and is one of our distributors as well as an installer, so I thought I would share his info in case any of you need someone in the Florida area to install or buy from.

Here is the email that just came in this morning:

“Good Morning <Bob> !

Just a note on a recent install. Two weeks ago we did an install of one of our HHO 772 Hydrogen Generators on a 2004 Ford Escape.

Two things to note about this install; it was a very difficult install (tight) and we had a very suspicious customer.

Last night i gat a call from the customer. She reported driving 200 miles on 2 gallons of gasoline with the HHO install. Needless to say – Suspicion has vanished and happiness has arrived!”

(He goes on to talk about some private negotiations…)

Now this is not the first time Paul has gotten amazing results. He was and still is, one of our top contenders with an amazing 67 mpg on this Olds Delta 88: http://hhokitsdirect.com/articles/hho-kits/67-miles-per-gallon-using-our-hho-generator-kit.html

He is also in talks with a major transportation agency so it would be foolish to make up anything, as a lot is at stake with his negotiations. Couple that with the fact that he had no problem telling me things were not working when we first started working together (it was just a faulty chip), and you understand he knows what he is doing, and has credibility with his emails.

If you need an installation in the Florida area- look up Paul over at Energy Evolutions

By the way, the fit issue has always been a challenge in the HHO industry and our kits are among the slimmest models out there presently. We have a new line of products to be released soon that will blow the industry away for fit and finish – stay tuned if fit is an issue with your car!

Have a great day!

This past month has been so busy trying to catch up on things from moving and increasing the size of our manufacturing facility, that I have neglected to post some of our recent testimonials that have come in.

I try to keep up with these as they show actual results from our customers emailing us, and not some made up testimonial that was posted by a webmaster at the design phase as is done on so many of our competitors sites.

I have actually had 5 more testimonials recently, but here’s one for right now:

Our largest Hybrid Cell HHO Generator for passenger vehicles and trucks

Les H was actually having trouble getting any results and was getting frustrated. He purchased a mileage chip and a 773 unit for his 1991 GMC 4 wheel drive truck.

We continued to support him through a series of changes, and a re-flash of the chip, and still no significant change.

Finally we sent him a free efie instead of the chip. Here is what happened next:

Recently, during our trip to meet with some of our key manufacturers, we had an opportunity to take a tour of the Airmate Plastics facility in Bryan, Ohio. Afterward, we sat down at an interview with the local Business Editor of the Bryan Times and after an hour of questions and answers, the interview ended on a great note. A quick lunch, a meeting with the local Municipal Utilities director about designs for the industrial generators there, and we were back on the road.

That interview ended up on the FRONT PAGE of the Bryan Times and caused a huge spike in our sales….(Thank you Marci!) The CEO of Airmate just sent me a paper from that day- we will be hanging this one in our lobby for sure!

It is pretty awesome to see a picture of our Hybrid Cell HHO Generators on the front page of any newspaper!

Sorry- just had to brag a bit…

I recently traveled to Ohio to meet with some of our vendors and manufacturers. Though we met with several- the best time was had at Airmate Plastics Manufacturing Plant in Bryan Ohio (also famous for the Ohio Arts factory- makers of the Etch a Sketch, and Spanglers Candy – makers of Dum Dum pops). The CEO, Carol Schreder met with us and rolled out the red carpet! We had a great time meeting everyone in the front offices as well as getting to chat with the the hard working men and women that keep production going for us in their 45,000 s/f plant. After the tour, we ended up back in the front conference room where we met with a local reporter, Marci Hummel- the Bryan Times Business Editor.

I only expected a few questions as she related to us that the computer systems were down at the newspaper, but to my surprise, she interviewed us for an hour. She asked great questions and we had a fantastic time talking with her. On our trip back to Dayton the next day, Marci called me on my cell to go over the story, as she wanted to get her facts straight. She kindly read the entire article to me for my approval! How refreshing to have a true professional do such a great job! Frankly, given the level of articles written nowadays, I did not expect much. But Marci is the consummate Editor and gets 5 stars from me on her job of reporting about our HHO generators.

Carol and Travis hold up samples of end plates for our HHO generators

After the interview we had a great opportunity to go out to lunch with Carol, Suzanne, Travis, and Rich at a great little downtown sandwich shop (Panera style). What a great team of people! My wife and I could not have had a better time!

After lunch, Carol surprised us with a detour, after sending the rest of the team back to work. We swung by the Bryan Municipal Utilities and had a chance to sit down with Brian Carlin- the Superintendent of Electric Distribution for all of Williams County. He and I had a great conversation discussing how our HHO generators could be engineered to work with the municipal generators that power the city, as well as the fleet of vehicles and the large trucks. We exchanged emails and have arranged to begin the process of testing soon.

My wife holding parts freshly made for our HHO generators at Airmate

All good things must come to an end, and our expected hour or two tour, quickly turned into 5 hours. We could have stayed another day in the beautiful city of Bryan, Ohio. Next time we will.

A hearty thanks to all of the great men and women of Airmate Plastics! Thanks for making such a great product, that is such a key component in our hho generator kits! And a very special “Thank You” to Carol for taking so much time out of her busy day to show us around- love that Midwest Hospitality! If any of you are needing plastic parts for any project- check out Airmate Plastics, they are a quality operation and deserve your business!

This morning I received an email from an interested customer. Seems he was having a lengthy conversation with engineering friends who went to great lengths to reveal all the math and calculations as to why HHO generators can’t work. He was requesting my help and opinion, so I decided to take a few minutes to respond. I have posted it here to help others who may also have questions…

Hi Bob,

Here is a fun riddle for you to work through on this Friday morning. I work for a high-tech RE/BACKUP engineering company. We have quite a few competent engineers around with formal training & vast experience in electronics. I’m not an engineer by training, but like tinkering for a good cause. I entered a discussion with one of our engineers – his expertise is in solar energy / backup, he also does quite a bit of car tuning. Needless to say he does engineerign for living and knows his what he’s talking about. He is very skeptical after doing some research on the HHO technology. Maybe he’s missing some little nuance that can finally redeem the HHO technology in his eyes. Or we, HHO enthusiasts, are seriously misled?… Or I don’t have a firm grasp on the concept. What he says in short is that the battery energy drawn by a HHO cell to create the HHO gas is compensated by the engine using extra gasoline to crank the alternator to regenerate the energy and put it back into the battery. So the HHO cell puts extra load on the system. And whatever energy is released from HHO gas in the chamber is far insufficient to make up for the loss of the energy locked in the additional fuel the car uses with the HHO cell…

MY RESPONSE:

Denis:

I have heard it all before- nothing new here… same old tired arguments about more energy being required to make hydrogen, than than energy out, blah, blah, blah…

1) First off- We are not making H2 (which is what their calculations are based on)- we are making HHO which is a completely unique form of electrified hydrogen with 34% oxygen content, and some very strange properties that are NOT similar to hydrogen in the form of H2 alone.

2) The engineers always use the same formula- but NEVER calculate the increased efficiencies of combustion by injecting a richer, faster burning catalyst PLUS 34% more oxidant/into the same 16 degree combustion cycle. The ICE (internal combustion engine) is currently only 15-20% efficient- it does not take much help to get an increase in efficiency. What they need to look at is the extracted energy that would be normally wasted as unburnt hydrocarbons, necessitating the catalytic converter to try and remove the toxins from the emissions. Most people report a sweet, ozone smell at the exhaust (including me).

3) They are WRONG in their assumption it doesn’t work- if they opened their eyes they would SEE the evidence all around them. HHO generators lower emissions, increase mileage and clean up the old sludge and carbon from the inside of the engine. If they think nothing is happening- how do they explain this emissions report: http://www.hhokitsdirect.com/images/RTemissions1.jpg?? This same car (2009 Hyundai Genesis with a 3.8 liter motor), has gone from 22 mpg to 40.65 mpg, along with the decreased emissions. Are they going to claim THAT is because of closed loop manipulation?Can they explain THAT with their formulas? Probably not… http://hhokitsdirect.com/articles/hho-kits/cat85d-tractor-gets-65-increase-with-our-hho-generator.html

5) Or how does their math explain this customer who put our hydrogen generator on a 95 Freightliner- I told him it probably wouldn’t work because the engine was too big, but he wanted to try anyway (he didn’t want to wait for our new Trucker’s Block). So there were NO expectations here… http://hhokitsdirect.com/articles/hho-kits/1995-freightliner-big-rig-goes-from-6-mpg-to-875-mpg-using-our-hho-generator.html

I could go on and on with real testimonies from my customers. It probably won’t help because they have all the answers all figured out, and no matter what you try to say, they are already set against it, unlike a TRUE researcher (that may admit something is up here that doesn’t fit the normal math); they have locked themselves into one way of thinking and can’t wrap their heads around anything that doesn’t meet their pre-conceived ideas and conclusions

If I had listened to all of these engineers and naysayers at the beginning, I would not be a fast growing business, exporting kits around the world, negotiating multi-million dollar contracts, and talking with CEO’s of international technology transfer corporations. And HHO technology would not have grown from a few thousand videos to hundreds of thousands of experiments and videos in the last couple years. Etc, etc, etc.

It’s kind of funny to me that man has not changed much over the last hundred years – because the math experts and the engineers were among those cursing and laughing at the Wright Brothers who swore they could get a heavier than air vehicle to fly. All the “experts” of the day proclaimed loudly in unison WHY it could not work, and would never work…Thank God they didn’t listen to the experts.What would the world have been like without aviation and the entire industry it spawned?

Is this industry perfect? Heck no- there are a lot of newcomers who are not developing their own stuff and just look at it as a chance to make a fast buck- stay away from them. There are a lot of challenges and many unanswered questions about this intriguing gas, the next 10 years is going to be fun…

I will end with my favorite quote ” A man with an experience is NEVER at the mercy of the man with an argument.”

We have finally been able to catch our breath and are just about settled in…few little small things but overall we are in full swing as we prepare for the next big launch of new products.

1994 Ford Falcon similar to what George got 50 mpg in using our HHO generator

Well this just came in to my email box from our long time customer George SatXXX (last names withheld for privacy) from over in Australia, where we send a surprising number of HHO kits. Now, George became a customer quite awhile ago when he bought my instruction manual teaching people how they can build their own HHO Generator from readily available parts. Rather than hunting them all down, he bought our Big box of parts and proceeded to build his own, install it and test it. Now this is older technology using wet cell type hho generator, but it still works and is a great way to get started on a tight budget. It is also a really good way to get educated on the whole technology…

I hadn’t heard from him in a long time, and recently he came back and ordered our professional grade Hybrid Cell HHO Generator kits. I assumed he had gotten enough results that he wanted to take it to the next level…so we sent him one out straightaway.

Well, lo and behold, George sent me this fantastic email that put a grin on me from ear to ear today – this is why I love my job and work 15 hour days…I’ll let him explain it in his own words:

“Hi Bob,

Thanks for the advice . In the meantime I instaled the 772 system in our car. Naturally since I am not an auto electricians I had a good friend auto electrician do the electric work for me. I just came home from the first 100km (60 miles) trip. It was a round town and partially 20-30 km straight trip. I am totally astonished about the fuel consumption. My car which is a Ford Falcon 1994 with 235000km on the clock consumes normally 15 l per 100 km which is 16 miles per gallon. With the electrolizer I have built out of PVC I had the improvement to 28 miles per gallon.

However with your new 772 system I have an astonishing 50 miles per gallon. I am thrilled to bits.

It will only take a few month of driving to get all the money back what we spent to buy your invention and have a car which has a better pick up a cleaner engine and no exhaust fumes pollutin our environment.

I congratulate you and thank you for passing you invention on. I hope you will make many people happy and contribute greatly to a cleaner environment.

Yours truly Georg SattXXX”

I got this email today sent to me from one of our customers this weekend. This was a tough one because it was a huge 35′ long Itasca motorhome with a hefty 6.4 L Ford V-10. I wasn’t sure what kind of result he would get, but with that size vehicle- any increase is good.

It was a long email, so I will let him tell it it some of these excerpts below:

“Just thought I would let you know I have the 773 installed in my 2000 Itasca 35′ motorhome. with 75700 miles on it – Last year we put on about 18000 miles. Engine 6.8L V10 Ford on and F550 Chassis

took it for a break in run – the gas tank is hard to fill so I may be out a little as far as how much gas it took – but anyway I topped the tank and went for a 60 mile ride (actually it was 59.3 miles) at 57 MPH using cruise most of the time we had 24 miles of about 20 MPH crosswinds and about 15 miles of the same tailwind – the rest was headwind.

It used 5.3 gal US (actually 20.1 liitres) 87 octane (topped it up again)

This works out to 11.29 MPG

The best we have ever done was 8.8 MPG with Lucas additive and 91 octane
Mind you my motorhome is empty at this point so we will have to see what it is like once it is loaded. But we have never done that high empty or otherwise.

The engine runs as smooth as ever I did notice that the exhaust pipe sticking out the side was very hot. (seemed hotter than usual?)

It also smelled different – as in didn’t smell hardly at all.”

Notice he said that the 8.8 was done with 91 octane and a fuel additive and the test he ran was using 87 octane gas and no additive. Either way- that adds up to almost 30% on a huge motorhome using just one of our 773 HHO generator kits!

Great to hear- keep up the great work Henry!

Bob

There was a recent article published in Gizmag about the need to improve the fuel economy of heavy vehicles specifically the big rig tractor trailers like Freightliner Trucks, Kenworth Trucks, International Trucks, Mack Trucks, Navistar Trucks, Peterbuilt Trucks, and more.

Tractor trailers and Big Rigs Need to Reduce Diesel emissions and increase mileage

The article speaks to the need of increasing the mileage and reducing the emissions of these big rigs that are the backbone of our economy both here in the USA and around the world. The problem is that the solutions they suggest cost $15,000 – $85,000 to implement and the agencies involved want to put that heavy burden on the poor truckers that are already spending $5000 a month in fuel costs! I know because they call me up and talk to me almost every week – desperate for any solution to the heavy burden of rising diesel costs and onerous emissions requirements.

Well we are working day and night to offer the solution that will bring relief- both to the fuel expense AND the newly regulated emissions requirements. We are hard at work developing a new HHO Generator aimed specifically at the Big Rig industry based on our breakthrough Hybrid Cell technology! We will be releasing it this year, and if the initial tests are any indication, it’s going to change the face of the industry!

So hang in there all you truckers- hard working men and women that sacrifice being at home with their families, so they can get merchandise delivered from manufacturers to consumers and keep our economy rolling. We are close to revealing a product that will blow you away, meet every emissions standard for decades, AND give you an increase in your mileage, putting money back into your pocket instead of big oil companies!

Here are excerpts from that article:

“While there are fuel consumption standards for passenger cars, there is no such regulation of medium- and heavy-duty vehicles in the U.S. With such vehicles accounting for about 26 percent of the transportation fuel used in the U.S. regulators are looking to establish fuel economy standards for these vehicles in the next few years. Now a new U.S. report has been released recommending the best ways to measure and regulate fuel economy for these vehicles, and assess technologies that could improve it. Amongst its findings, the report says that some vehicles could cut their fuel use by about 50 percent through the use of a combination of technologies.

The congressionally mandated report was put together by the National Research Council (NRC) at the request of the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration (NHTSA). It was in response to legislation passed in Congress in 2007 requiring the U.S. Department of Transportation to establish fuel economy standards for medium- and heavy-duty vehicles for the first time in history.

The committee estimated the improvements that various technologies could achieve over the next decade in seven vehicle types. The report found that:

using advanced diesel engines in tractor-trailers could lower their fuel consumption by up to 20 percent by 2020, and improved aerodynamics could yield an 11 percent reduction;

hybrid powertrains could lower the fuel consumption of vehicles that stop frequently, such as garbage trucks and transit buses, by as much 35 percent in the same time frame;

while the cost of making these improvements would be passed on to vehicle purchasers, the report notes that many of these suites of technologies would pay for themselves even at today’s energy prices, under the committee’s assumptions;

using a combination of technologies tractor-trailers could cut their fuel use by about 50 percent by 2020 for about US$84,600 per truck, which would be cost-effective over ten years with gas prices of at least US$1.10 per gallon;

fuel use of motor coaches could be lowered by 32 percent for an estimated US$36,350 per bus, which would be cost-effective if the price of fuel is US$1.70 per gallon or higher;

for other vehicle classes, the financial investments in making improvements would be cost-effective at higher prices of fuel;

the NHTSA should regulate the final-stage vehicle manufacturers rather than component makers, as the former has the greatest control over the vehicle’s design;

the adoption of nontechnical methods to lower fuel consumption, such as providing incentives to train vehicle operators in efficient driving techniques, could result in fuel savings of anywhere from 2 percent to 17 percent.”

And then of course- there is the bureaucrats solution which is typical of an idiot who has never had to run a business or work a real job in his life; RAISE TAXES and penalize the poor truckers already spending half their income on fuel:

“However, one way to avoid the complexity of regulating different types of vehicles suggested by the report would be to impose a fuel tax, which would induce firms to optimize the fuel-efficiency of their operations. The report urges Congress to consider this approach. Another alternative approach – applying a cap-and-trade system to trucking companies similar to the one that Congress is considering as a way to lower CO2 emissions – would similarly provide these companies with an incentive to adopt fuel-saving technologies and operational methods.

The report is intended to influence the choices that will be made over the course of the next few years in establishing the regulatory design for medium- and heavy-duty vehicle fuel consumption standards for the next several decades.

Copies of the full report, “Technologies and Approaches to Reducing the fuel Consumption of Medium and Heavy-Duty Vehicles,” are available from the National Academies Press.

You can read the whole article here: GIZMAG

Hang in their truckers- we are coming to the rescue with our new line of HHO generators designed specifically for you!
